The way I present yoga as a healing tool for physical and emotional well-being, not as a competition.

You do not need to be able to touch your toes or to own a coordinated Lululemon outfit to fit in at one of my yoga classes or workshops.

I believe yoga is for everyone.

I found yoga & meditation during a time of deep despair. As a result of traumatic experiences, I was feeling worthless, ashamed of being alive and overcome with self-loathing. The pain had become unbearable.

I didn't want to go on like this.

The practice of yoga helped me to grow an innate sense of self worth. As I fell in love with yoga, I fell in love with myself. It didn't happen overnight, but yoga helped me to see my own value and beauty.

Yoga helped me find my desire for life.

I have spent the last decade of my life honing the practices of mindful movement and awareness. With over 1,000 hours of training in Hatha yoga, Forrest Yoga, Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Expressive Arts Therapy, I have a strong foundation in both classical yoga teachings and innovative therapeutic yoga forms.

My daily practice now gives me the courage to live a life of integrity and passion.

I am honored to serve my community through offering healing workshops in yoga and expressive arts. I believe these potent methods can change your life just like they changed mine.

I can't wait to share this potent wisdom with you.
